Plan Drafting Service

Our purpose is to provide top quality drafting for your company. CadWorks will work with you to revise/change existing plans or assist in development of new designs. Cost is dictated by scope of work.

CadWorks Plan Drafting Service charges start at $.50 cents per square foot of living area. This service includes:

• One set of plans for rough layout and redline.
• A second set for additional redline correction, typos, mistakes and revision.
• One final set of re-printable drawings for production.
• Includes the CAD data on disk in SoftPlan format or AutoCad .dxf
• The plan set includes: Four elevations, First and/or second floor, foundation, and detail page.

Non-refundable 50% deposit required to begin work

Additional Plan Drafting Services

2 Cross Sections:
The standard is two cross sections based on the house drawn. (This may be a one time only charge, as the file is kept for future sets/revisions).

Birdseye Views:
These can be generated from the drawings, as well as additional 3D line drawing views, which would appear on the detail page.

3D Photo-Realistic Renderings:
Renderings can be generated from drawings prepared by CadWorks. Printed 8½" x 11" in full color.
